In this project, I serve as the team leader and the creator of the concept, ideation, and story. I am also responsible for all 3D modelling, texturing, and environment creation. The project is currently in progress and represents my capstone project.
The first asset I created for this project was the main character’s guitar. I decided to focus on an unusual shape and designed a concept for a guitar inspired by the form of a bee. The process began with concept art.
After that, the base model was created in 3ds Max, then sculpted in ZBrush, textured in Substance Painter, and rendered in 3ds Max using V-Ray.
All these assets were created by me, including the initial ideation, modelling, UV unwrapping, texturing, shader development, and rendering.
These assets are intended for use within the environment of our project.
In addition, I developed a matte painting for the character’s bedroom environment to support the visual background of the scene.
In my role as team leader, I oversee and manage all project documentation, including planning materials, style guides, the production bible, session and progress trackers, feedback documentation, the Gantt chart, and audience testing preparation. All of these documents were created and maintained by me to ensure an organized and structured production workflow. This project is still WIP.
